Right of withdrawal as a consumer

In addition to the exercise of your right of withdrawal described below, we also accept a return of the goods at our expense using the returns web service offered on our website. You can find this at www.zerresstore.com/retouren. You do not then need to make an explicit cancellation.

1. right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the supplier, have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and the goods are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the supplier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Zerres Retail GmbH & Co. KG, Regioparkring 1, D-41199 Mönchengladbach, info@zerresstore.com, phone: 02166/8462614 ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) üof your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed model cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
   
2. Consequences of the revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us); The customer is obliged to pay back the purchase price without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.



We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.



You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.



You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
